On January 30, 2026, the Apostolic Nunciature hosted Cardinal Christophe Pierre’s Farewell Reception, on the occasion of his 80th birthday and the visit of the Substitute for General Affairs of the Vatican Secretariat of State, Most Reverend Archbishop Edgar Peña Parra.
